AT&T Unlock- Active on Another Account
Use this service to unlock your iPhone from AT&T if your IMEI was first rejected by our standard AT&T Unlock Service for the reason: “Your device is currently active on another AT&T customer’s account”.
Most phones are unlocked within one hour; on rare occasions it can take as long as three business days. This service works on weekdays only. To order, select the model of your phone and add it to your cart. Enter the 15-digit IMEI number in the notes field.
- The information you enter must be correct. (How to find your phone’s information.)
- Your phone must be clear of debts, financing, and contracts.
- It must be locked to AT&T.
- The phone must not have any fraud associated with it, including being reported lost or stolen.
If your phone complies with the above conditions and cannot be unlocked, you will receive a full refund.
